It goes without saying that at The Hoboken Girl, small businesses are everything. Over the years (13, to be exact), we’ve connected with some pretty amazing businesses and founders with heartfelt stories to match. Small businesses are what give our teeny-tiny Mile Square city an undeniable sparkle.
This tight-knit community is why we’re so excited to be hosting our next Women’s Business Owner Networking Night with YogaRenew. On Thursday, May 8th, 2025, Hudson County business owners can gather, connect, and support one another in Yoga Renew’s gorgeous Hoboken space. We’ve done this before, and it’s lots of fun (see pics below!).
The event is happening Thursday, May 8th, 2025, from 6PM – 8PM at 12 Hudson Place (2nd Floor) in Hoboken. Tickets must be purchased in advance, here for $20. It’s a donation, as all proceeds from the event will be donated to Wise Animal Rescue, a foster-based animal rescue in New Jersey (we’ll also have a few fosters on-site!). Who Is It For? What to Expect…
This two-hour networking event is designed for local women business owners and entrepreneurs in Hudson County who have registered LLCs and S-Corps (brick-and-mortar or online). The night will be filled with engaging in-event activities like games, speed networking cards, local treats, mocktails, and giveaways to ease attendees into mingling.

About Wise Animal Rescue
Wise Animal Rescue is a North Jersey-based animal rescue that has fosters and volunteers throughout the Tri-State area. WISE is dedicated to rescuing dogs of all ages and breeds from places where they are no longer wanted or are not being properly cared for. It also saves puppies from all over the country from commercial breeding puppy mills and brings them to safety in New Jersey, as well as other animals from local New Jersey shelters. By partnering with veterinary practices that support its work, they are able to save dogs’ lives and restore them back to health. Prior to adoption, all of the dogs are placed into responsible, loving foster homes to be socialized and trained rather than put in a shelter environment.
