The team added a second location in Jersey City in 2018, located at 124 1st Street. In addition to yoga classes, the studio offers, workshops, teacher training, retreats, classes and workshops for children, and sound baths.
About Infrared Yoga
Celeste + Marc shared that the infrared studio will be at the Hoboken location. “Hoboken will be hot, and Jersey City will be cool,” they said. Per the studio, infrared warmth is different from traditional heating systems. Instead of blowing hot air into the room, it gently penetrates the body and floor, mimicking the natural heat of the sun. The result is a steady, therapeutic warmth designed to energize your practice, enhance recovery, and deepen connection – without the stress of overheated air. “We will add hot power yoga, hot yoga sculpt, and hot mat Pilates,” they shared.
Celeste + Marc said that practicing in an infrared studio offers benefits to students, including speeding up muscle recovery, easing joint + muscle pain, supporting flexibility, and promoting relaxation. In celebration of the new service, Celeste said, ” It will be treated as a grand re-opening, and we’ll be offering up some awesome founding member rates.” Yogis and prospective yogis can visit the studio’s website for more information about the heated practice.
