This tree lighting is an opportunity for Jersey City locals to gather and kick off the festive season.
Jackson Square Tree Lighting | 1 Jackson Square, Jersey City
Tuesday, December 9th | 4:30PM
City Hall Annex is hosting a tree lighting ceremony with live music by the Jersey City Arts High School program, according to their Instagram. Both the band and choir will be performing as the community celebrates the holiday season.
Hoboken Annual Christmas Tree Lighting | 11th Street & Washington Street, Hoboken

This event will feature festive treats + drinks along with holiday music as the city celebrates the tree lighting. Performances by Hoboken youth, a visit from Santa, and local Hoboken vendors will also headline the event. Shuttle service to and from the event is available at the following locations:

This event will feature snacks, music, and entertainment at the Columbus Park Gazebo to celebrate holiday festivities.
Community Hanukkah Party | 115 Park Avenue, Hoboken

This family-friendly event is hosted by the United Synagogue of Hoboken (USH) + Kaplan Preschool and is open to all. It will feature Hanukkah treats, dreidel games, live performances, and a candle lighting. The event is free for current USH members.
Hoboken City Hall Menorah Lighting | 94 Washington Street, Hoboken

The City and Chabad of Hoboken & Jersey City are hosting a Menorah Lighting at Hoboken City Hall. More information is expected in the coming weeks.
City Hall Chambers Menorah Lighting | 280 Grove Street, Jersey City

The Jersey City Office of Cultural Affairs is hosting this Menorah lighting event on the final day of Hanukkah.
