A Christmas pop-up is coming to Pier 13 in Hoboken this holiday season. Located at 1301 Sinatra Drive, local Christmas tree company Pier One Tree will sell Christmas trees, wreaths, and other holiday accessories from November 28th to December 22nd, 2025. During this window, Pier 13 will also serve as a space for Santa visits, community events, and more. The Details
Pier One Tree at Pier 13 plans to be a one-stop shop for all kinds of Christmas needs this holiday season. Opening on November 28th and running until December 21st, Mile Square holiday shoppers can expect trees for sale, including Fresh Canadian Fraser Fir and Balsam Christmas trees, wreaths, tree stands, and more. The pop-up will be open seven days a week or until sold out.

The team shared with The Hoboken Girl that the pier is being professionally decorated by Holiday Collective, and General Lumber Company will be donating all the lumber. Marvin Windows and doors will be creating “Santa Workshop” which will serve as the retail store for the pop-up.
The pop-up will also host various events and giveaways throughout the holiday season, along with weekly visits from Santa on Sundays. On Saturdays, visitors can enjoy a small group of local vendors with crafts and food, and on Sundays, the Merry Hot Cocoa cart will make an appearance alongside face painting for the kids.
There is also a charitable component of the pop-up, which will partner with Kids for Kids to have a mailbox located at the pier for anyone to drop a letter off for Santa. Kids can write letters to Santa and drop them in the box, and Pier One Tree will supply the Santa post cards and stationary on Sundays. Pier One Tree along with Holiday Collective and General Lumber will make a $1 donation to Kids for Kids for every letter mailed at the end of the season.
