The new spot delivers “innovative Korean-American cuisine, wood-fired flavors, and vibrant café energy,” per a press release. BRBQ serves lunch and dinner in an energetic, laid-back lounge setting featuring wood accents and neon-inspired artwork. The menu features smoky, wood-fired cooking and bold Asian-American flavors, including dishes like Korean BBQ short ribs, spicy pork bulgogi tacos, butterflied branzino, Pan con Tomate, mochi pancakes, and more. BRBQ also features outdoor seating in the warmer months, as well as lunch and weekend brunch.
A full bar anchors the space, serving eight signature cocktails in various varieties, alongside a rotating list of natural and biodynamic wines and a selection of craft beers. Coffee and espresso drinks crafted with La Colombe beans on a La Marzocco machine are also available daily starting at 11AM.
“Our goal with BRBQ was to create something unique, but still incredibly comforting,” said chef + co-owner Brian Kim via a press release. “We’re taking the deep, charred flavors of wood-fire grilling and pairing them with Korean elements we love, from galbi marinades to gochujang and fermented ingredients that add depth and complexity. The result is familiar but unexpected, and we’re excited to finally share it with the community.”
