8th Street Tavern | 800 Washington Street
The 8th Street Autumn Spritz includes apple cider, St. George pear liqueur, and prosecco. The menu also includes a crisp Apple Cider Mule made with vodka, apple cider, lime juice, and ginger beer.
Antique Bar + Bakery | 122 Willow Avenue
Highly acclaimed Antique Bar + Bakery, perhaps best known for its signature Antique Bread Pudding, recently added an autumnal cocktail to its menu. The drink, called the Hocus Pocus, incorporates tequila, ginger liqueur, orange, lime, apple, and baking spice. Announcing the drink via Instagram the business quipped, “One sip and it’s like autumn cast a spell on your glass.” The ambient interior lighting also makes for a fitting fireside-like setting to stop in for a sip on a brisk evening.
Brass Rail | 135 Washington Street
Brass Rail is providing a variety of flavorful seasonal cocktails. Some cocktails on offer this season include the Pumpkin Pie Martini made with vanilla vodka, maple spiced pumpkin puree, rumchata, and a crushed graham cracker rim. Another pumpkin option is the Pumpking Imperial Ale. This drink is served with a caramel cinnamon rim and the option to add on a vanilla vodka shot. If you’re not a pumpkin enthusiast, you might want to try the CranApple Mule featuring cranberry vodka, apple cider, and ginger beer.

The Hoboken Biergarten is a great place to enjoy a cocktail, beer, and the crisp fall weather this autumn. This year’s specialty drinks include an Autumn Ember cocktail featuring bourbon, spiced apple syrup, and dash of bitters. Another seasonal favorite is the Maple Walnut Manhattan — made with rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, maple syrup,and dashes walnut of bitters. The Harvest Mule is made with vodka, pear nectar, lime juice, and topped off with ginger beer. Hoboken Biergarten also serves up some delicious fall mocktails like the Cinnamon Orchard Spritz and the Maple Pumpkin Smash.

Olivia’s Restaurant in uptown Hoboken has brought back its Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini for the fall season. Other seasonally-appropriate drinks on the menu include a Pumpkin Pie Martini, Cider Spritz, Fig Martini, and a Maple Bacon Manhattan.
Sorellina | 1036 Washington Street
Since this is *the* spot for espresso martinis, patrons here don’t have to deviate from their usual orders to enjoy a little fall flavor. The fall flavors include Pumpkin Spice Martini, Spiced Chai, and the Affogato Martini topped with sweet cream gelato. The fall cocktail menu includes new creations like the Tiki Tommaso — a mix of rum, banana, allspice, pistachio, and lime — as well as the Spiced Pear-adise, and the Harvest Moon.
Union Hall | 306 Sinatra Drive
Union Hall five seasonal cocktails. The Drunken Pumpkin includes Pumpking Imperial Ale with a shot of vanilla vodka, topped with a caramel cinnamon rim. The CranApple Mule incorporates cranberry vodka, simple syrup, ginger beer, lime juice, and a splash of apple cider for that delicious fall taste. The Italy in Autumn drink features amaretto, tart cherry, vodka, and lemon. It’s Fall Y’all is an apple-inspired drink that includes aperol, prosecco, apple cider and a caramel sugar rim. Lastly, this one is for the pumpkin spiced people, the Pumpkin Pie Martini — a mixture of rumchatta, vanilla vodka, pumpkin spice puree, and a graham cracker rim.

The Waiting Room goes all out for holidays, so naturally the seasonal drinks follow suit. The Maple Old Fashion is for maple and bourbon lovers: it features Five Spring maple, vanilla bourbon, orange bitters, and the option of having it smoked.

bwè kafe has three new seasonal drinks to try this fall. First, the classic Fall Spice Latte, which includes housemade syrup and organic pumpkin puree. Next up is a delicious Blueberry Cold Brew Latte that includes housemade syrup, real blueberries, dark roast cold brew, and your choice of milk. Lastly, the Iced Coconut Water Matcha. This refreshing drink contains matcha powder that’s been whisked to froth over coconut water. You can also specify if you’d like it sweetened or unsweetened.
Cafe Vista | 527 Monroe Street
Cafe Vista provides coffee drinkers with a wonderful take on the well-loved homemade pumpkin-spiced latte. The talented baristas might even include a pumpkin drawing made out of froth right on top. Another fall drink the spot serves is the dessert-in-a-sip Caramel Apple Butter Latte.
Empire Coffee + Tea Co. | 388 Bloomfield Street
Empire Coffee + Tea Co. have been patiently waiting to debut this year’s Pumpkin Spice Latte, so much so that they actually brought this back in August. This Pumpkin Spice Latte is topped with cold foam and cinnamon.
Haraz Coffee House | 89 Hudson Street
The theme of this seasonal menu is pumpkin flavors, all the way. Haraz Coffee House has five new seasonal drinks on offer, all pumpkin spiced-inspired and delicious. Try the Pumpkin Spice Shaken Espresso, the Red Pumpkin Spice Latte, the Pumpkin Spice Frappe, the Pumpkin Spice Matcha, and the Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Hidden Grounds Coffee Co. has a variety of tasty fall flavors, including the Sweet Caramel Brew, HG Brown Sugar Brew, Blossoming Rose Brew, Cardamon Brew, and of course, a Pumpkin Spice Brew. All of these drinks can be served hot or cold and aren’t overly sweet but just sweet enough to make you feel warm and fuzzy.

The Hive has five seasonal drinks this season. First, the Maple Staple, which is an iced salted caramel latte or cold brew base topped with maple-flavored cold foam. Next up is the Cozy Chai, which includes brown sugar cinnamon syrup, chai, your choice of milk and it can be served hot or cold. The Banana Pancake Latte is up next and is a combination of espresso, creme de banana, maple syrups, cinnamon, and your choice of milk. Following that is the PB&J Matcha. This uniquely flavored matcha contains matcha, strawberry, caramelized peanut butter syrups and your choice of milk. And last but certainly not least, the Pumpkin Brew featuring a vanilla cold brew base topped with pumpkin cold foam and pumpkin spice.
Mojo Coffee Company | 801 Bloomfield Street + 230 Willow Avenue
Two past favorites have rejoined the seasonal menu at Mojo. The Spiced Brown Sugar Matcha and Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam have returned. HG pro tip: patrons can add pumpkin cold foam to any drink this season, which is a nice way to get a little taste of fall without deviating from your usual order.

On September 22nd, O’Bagel announced a new latte made in collaboration with Hoboken + NYC influence Kellie Bullock. Bullock worked with the brand to formulate the recipe for her signature KB latte, a salted caramel latte topped with apple cinnamon cold foam, a festive option for autumn-lovers with pumpkin spice fatigue. The latte is made fresh and pressed in the bagel restaurant’s signature cans. The KB latte is available at O’Bagel’s Hoboken, Montclair, and New Brunswick locations.
