Two more businesses will open in Southwestern Hoboken at 38 Jackson Street, in the Southend Lofts building. A coffee bar and a dumpling shop are the latest additions to the property, which already has a grocery store confirmed as a tenant. What’s Coming
A source close to the project confirmed to The Hoboken Girl that two new businesses have made plans to open at 38 Jackson Street. The first is a coffee shop called Under Pressure Espresso Bar, which has three NYC locations. The food menu includes breakfast and lunch staples such as sandwiches and salads, plus pastries and smoothies. The beverage menu includes a full suite of coffee and espresso drinks, plus teas and matcha.

The second is a Colorado-based dumping shop called Nana’s Dim Sum and Dumplings. Nana’s opened its first East Coast location in Scarsdale, New York, this summer. This Chinese restaurant serves dumplings, buns, noodle dishes, dim sum and more.

Earlier this fall, The Hoboken Girl shared the news that a grocery store would be one of the first tenants at 38 Jackson Street. It will be a Dumbo Market.
