It’s officially outdoor market season, and what better way to enjoy the fresh air, warm weather, and the talents of local makers than by visiting HDSID’s Handmade Market in Jersey City. This open-air bazaar brings together over 200 independent makers, from handcrafted jewelry to home decór. Located at the Grove Street PATH Plaza — 116 Newark Avenue in Jersey City — the market will run Wednesdays from 3PM – 8PM and Saturdays from 12PM – 6PM, with live music every Wednesday, courtesy of Groove on Grove. With a mission to support independent artists in a vibrant marketplace, locals can discover unique, handmade goods starting May 7th, 2025. The HDSID market kicks off on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025, welcoming over 200 new and returning vendors throughout the season. Visitors can expect an array of home goods, crafts, artisanal food and beverages, and more, including some returning makers like:
