It’s time to add one more activity to your holiday bucket list. Newport Skates, Jersey City’s outdoor ice skating rink, is officially open to locals for the 2024-2025 season. The rink operates seven days a week with varying hours, and is located at 95 River Drive. Read on for more about Newport Skates in Jersey City and its 2024-2025 schedule.

The Details
Admission to the skating rink is $13. There is also the option to purchase a season pass for $150. Tickets must be purchased online prior to visiting, and skate rentals can be purchased with tickets for $7. You can get your tickets here.

The rink is open every day of the week with various hours: Monday through Thursday, the rink is open from 4PM-9PM; on Saturdays, 11AM-10PM; and on Sundays, 11AM-7PM.
For parking, go to River Market Garage, located at 20 North Boulevard.
