From kid-focused clothing stores to a sporting goods chain to new restaurants, we’re sharing everything we know about the new stores at 30 Mall Drive West in Jersey City. Carter’s/OshKosh B’gosh | 1st Level Next to Vintage Planet, in the Macy’s Wing

Carter’s/OshKosh B’gosh opened at Newport Centre on Thursday, March 13th, in the Macy’s wing of the mall, next to Vintage Planet. The two clothing brands sell baby, toddler, and children’s apparel. Carter’s has 30+ locations in New Jersey, OshKosh B’gosh has 20+, and the retailers have a presence across the world.

Dick’s House of Sport | 2nd Level Near H&M
Dick’s House of Sport — an experiential location of Dick’s Sporting Goods — will be located above the newly-opened Primark store on the second level near H&M. This specific location will have amenities such as climbing walls, batting cages, and a golf simulator, and will open on Friday, September 18th. Dick’s House of Sport has other stores in Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
Juice Eternity | 2nd Level Across from Häagen-Dazs

New York-based juice and smoothie brand, Juice Eternity, has crossed the Hudson River to open its first New Jersey location this spring on the second level of the mall. Juice Eternity focuses on healthy ingredients, per the website, and serves fresh juice, smoothies, smoothie bowls, wellness shots, and oatmeal.
Mango | 1st Level Next to Sketchers, Across from Hollister

Mango is a European clothing brand that opened across from Hollister on the first level of the mall in June 2025. Based in Barcelona, Mango currently has over 20 United States locations, as well as hundreds of other locations across the world. The Jersey City store joins several others in the Garden State.
Primark | 1st Level Near H&M
Back in February 2024, The Hoboken Girl exclusively learned that Primark would still be coming to Jersey City after lots of speculation about its arrival. Now, it is open as of August 14th on the first level near H&M, above the forthcoming Dick’s House of Sport. Primark is an Irish clothing retailer that was founded in 1969. There are over 400 stores in various countries and over 20 locations in the United States. Jersey City will become Primark’s fourth New Jersey location — the other three stores are in East Rutherford, Freehold, and Elizabeth.

Tapville Social | First Level Across from The Cheesecake Factory

Tapville Social will take over the former Kings of Kobe space on the first level of the mall, with plans to open soon. The restaurant and bar is “A socially-driven dining experience celebrating the people and places that make us say “Cheers!” per the website, and serves up creative cocktail flights, American-style dishes, and self-pour wine and beer walls. Tapville Social has locations across the United States, with stores in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, and Wisconsin. The Jersey City locale will be its first in New Jersey. Jersey City locals can sign up for opening updates on the website and receive a $10 gift card when they join the rewards program.
True Religion | First Level Between Sunglass Hut + Starbucks

True Religion, the infamous clothing brand of the early 2000s, recently debuted at Newport Mall in Jersey City. Selling women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing and accessories, True Religion has a mission to “transcend boundaries of faith, class, ethnicity, and orientation” and “is worn by athletes, musicians, and artists globally to express their individual style,” as per its website. This store is also most notably known for its denim pieces.
