Il Tavolo di Palmisano is a go-to happy hour spot in Hoboken. Happy hour runs on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, + Friday from 4PM-6:30 PM. On Wednesdays, happy hour lasts from 4PM-10 PM.
Martinis with Il Tavolo’s house alcohol are just $10 during happy hour on Wednesdays (any premium alcohols will be regular price). During these Martini nights, guests can pick from a few different flavors crafted by experienced Il Tavolo di Palmisano bartenders.
The martini selection includes a Lemon Drop Martini, made with vodka, triple sec, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and a sugar rim, and a classic Dirty Martini with vodka + olive juice, and garnished with three olives. The Espresso Martini is made with freshly brewed espresso, vodka, tia maria, and simple syrup, and is garnished with three coffee beans.
In addition to the martinis, all wines and well drinks are $2 off during happy hour Monday through Friday. The wine menu has a selection of bubbles, blush, red, and white options.
The drinks menu also features a selection of draft + bottled beers along with traditional cocktails like the Classic Manhattan and Metropolitan.
For a twist on a classic drink, there’s the Italian 75, made with gin and limoncello, topped with Prosecco, and garnished with a Lemon wheel. The Italian Paloma combines tequila, Campari, pink grapefruit, fresh lime juice, and fresh lemon juice before being topped with orange seltzer and garnished with an orange peel.
New Sandwiches on the Brunch Menu
Il Tavolo di Palmisano serves brunch on Saturday + Sunday from 11AM-3PM. The brunch menu was recently updated to include a few new sandwiches.
The Italian Hot Dog sandwich comes with Jumbo Thurmann’s all-beef hot dog + is topped with potatoes, peppers, and onions. This sandwich is served on a pizza roll and comes with a side of marinara sauce and crinkle-cut fries.
The Hoboken Beef sandwich is an instant classic with rare roast beef dipped in au jus, melted provolone cheese, + garlic aioli on a crispy Italian pizza bread roll. The Pepper Potato + Egg sandwich, which is also served on Italian pizza bread, has a chopped egg omelet with peppers, potatoes, and onions.
In addition to the new sandwiches, the brunch menu features burgers, French toast, frittatas, Belgian waffles, + Italian egg Benedicts.
