A bit off the beaten path, some customers say working out here feels like you’re in your home gym, but it still has a full suite of equipment and weights. Brazen Athletics | 1317 Willow Avenue
Brazen Athletics is all about CrossFit. Along with different class packs, fitness enthusiasts can purchase monthly open gym memberships for $127.93. Patrons can also purchase three months at once for $319.22. The all-inclusive unlimited membership, which includes access to specialty classes at Brazen, is priced at $278.43 per month or $770. 78 for three months.
CrossFit | 50 Marshall Street
This Mile Square gym specializes in CrossFit. Those interested can purchase the monthly unlimited membership, which comes with access to competitions, CrossFit, HIIT, open gym, running, and seminars, for $240, or the standard open gym membership for $130 per month.

Fitness Factory has around 15 locations in the New York and New Jersey area and focuses on nutrition just as much as physical activity to achieve overall fitness. Hudson River Athletics has two types of class packs to choose from — a 12-class pack and a 24-class pack. Each one has a one-year expiration date, so you can use it on your own schedule. NYSC | 210 14th Street
NYSC is one of the only gyms uptown and has a full suite of weights, treadmills, lifting machines, and more. Jon P opened this unique studio after his move from Kuwait to Hoboken in 2020. The small gym is a full-service, integrated exercise and nutrition center run by Jon P himself, who is a Master-Level Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. All classes are private and based on availability.
Xcel Hoboken | 125 Marshall Street
Xcel Hoboken is a rooftop gym that has a pool, a great choice for those brave enough to sign up for a Triathlon, or who are just into swimming some laps. The most popular membership option is a basic package at $109 a month with a 12-month commitment and no enrollment fee. Members who only want a six-month commitment are charged $119 a month; three months for $129 a month; and one month for $149 a month.

Coming soon to the Mile Square, Barry’s will provide boutique fitness classes combining high-intensity interval training on the treadmill with weights and other floor exercises. BFT Hoboken | 770 Jackson Street
Body Fit Training, or BFT, combines progressive programming, a personal training experience, and gym equipment. The business was founded in the Land Down Under by Cameron Falloon, who has a background in leading strength training and conditioning programs for professional soccer players. The gym operates on a unique class schedule designed by Falloon. First timers get three sessions for $3, and after that, a Foundation 1 level membership is $49 a week.
CKO Kickboxing | 900 Madison Street
CKO has traditional kickboxing classes with some cardio and strength incorporated exercises as well. A three-month membership is $409, and lesser memberships depend on whether or not members pay in full or add any additional features.

The DRIP | 44 Hudson Place
This studio was started by two women in 2020 with a camera to stream virtual classes from their apartment. Now, the studio has expanded to both Hoboken and Caldwell, New Jersey, and plans to open its second Mile Square location Uptown in August 2025. The Drip has various sculpt, burn, Pilates, and cycle classes. New members can purchase three classes for $75 or five classes for $99.
